By downloading or using Cloud Chomp: The Hungry Sky (“the app”), published by CreatiqueMedia LLC, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of your child.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial family or classroom use. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the app, except as the law allows.

Cloud Chomp Plus

• Free features: matching games and Math and Spelling for kindergarten through grade 2 are free.
• Plus: Cloud Chomp Plus unlocks Math and Spelling for later grades, custom spelling word lists, and future lessons. It is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription (which may include a free trial) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and are set by the store in your country.
• Subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where the store allows.
• Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment that unlocks Plus for as long as the app is available to your store account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled under their policies.
• Restoring: use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover purchases on a new device with the same store account.

Educational content

The app is a learning game and is not a substitute for classroom instruction. We work to keep questions accurate, but we do not guarantee that the app is free of errors or that it will produce any particular educational result.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CreatiqueMedia LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
