Cloud Chomp: The Hungry Sky (“the app”) is published by CreatiqueMedia LLC. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information. The short version: we do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no social features, and no third-party tracking tools. We do not send your child's answers, scores, or activity to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few settings and results on the device only, so the game remembers them next time: the chosen subject, grade, skill, speed and mode, sound and read-aloud preferences, any custom spelling word lists a grown-up types in, best scores, and whether Cloud Chomp Plus is unlocked. This information never leaves the device. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes it.

Purchases

Optional purchases (Cloud Chomp Plus) are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, payment card, or billing details. The app only learns from the store, on the device, whether Plus is active. Purchases are protected by a parental gate so children cannot buy by accident.

Reading aloud

The read-aloud button uses the text-to-speech voice built into the device. The app does not use the microphone and does not record audio.

Rating prompt

After a child has played for a while, the app may ask a grown-up (behind the grown-up question) whether to rate it. The request is shown by Apple or Google; we do not receive your rating or any personal information.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for children and families. Because we do not collect personal information, there is no child data for us to use, share, or delete. If you have questions about children's privacy (including under COPPA and similar laws such as GDPR-K), contact us at the address below.

Third parties

The app does not include advertising or analytics software. Apple and Google process purchases under their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes how it handles information, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
